Who can use ResumeDrill

ResumeDrill is directed at users in the United States, Malaysia, Southeast Asia and other regions outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. We do not market to or target users in those regions.

You must be at least 16 years old, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for consenting to online services without a parent’s permission. ResumeDrill is not directed at children. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under the required age, we will delete it and its information.

AI-assisted practice

ResumeDrill provides AI-assisted interview practice based on information you choose to submit. Questions, feedback and scores are generated automatically by AI and may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. They are practice aids, not career, legal or professional advice, and they are not used to make decisions about you. Use your own judgment; the service does not guarantee interview readiness, a job offer or any other outcome. Do not present AI output as a statement of fact about yourself without checking it.

Material you submit

Only submit material you are entitled to use. Remove confidential information, your employers’ trade secrets and personal details you do not want processed, including information about other people. You retain ownership of your submitted material and grant us and our service providers a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, copy and process it only to provide and secure the features described in the Privacy Policy. The licence ends when the material is deleted, subject to the retention described there.

To the extent the law allows, you may use the questions and feedback generated for you for your own personal interview preparation. The ResumeDrill software, design, prompts, question library and brand remain ours.

Responsible use

Do not attempt to access another person’s information, bypass security or usage limits, scrape, reverse engineer or overload the service, resell access, or submit unlawful, infringing or harmful material. Keep access to your Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Payments, refunds and withdrawal

Prices, the access period and any taxes are shown before checkout. Payments are one-time charges processed by Stripe; nothing renews automatically. Interview Sprint gives full access for the number of days shown at purchase, starting when payment is confirmed. Lifetime gives full access to ResumeDrill Core for as long as we operate ResumeDrill; it does not cover separately priced future products.

Paid access is digital content supplied immediately. At checkout you ask for access to start straight away and acknowledge that, once it starts, you lose any statutory right to withdraw from the purchase (for example, the 14-day right under EU and UK consumer law). If the service is faulty or not as described, you keep your statutory rights, including a repair, replacement or refund where the law provides one. Contact us within 14 days of purchase if something went wrong; we review other refund requests case by case.

If we stop operating ResumeDrill within 12 months of a Lifetime purchase, we will refund the purchase price in proportion to the unused part of that 12-month period.

Copyright complaints

If you believe material processed through ResumeDrill infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@moriyaworks.com with: your contact details; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the material and where it appears; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. Users may send a counter-notice with equivalent information. We remove or disable access to material identified in a valid notice and close the accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.

Suspension and account closure

You can delete your account at any time from Profile. We may suspend or close access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect users or the service. Where reasonable we will give notice and a chance to fix the problem. If we close a paid account without a breach by you, we will refund the unused part of your purchase.

Availability and changes

Features and availability may change, and interruptions can occur. We will give reasonable notice, by email or in the app, before a material change to these terms takes effect. Changes do not reduce access you have already paid for. If you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account. Read the Privacy Policy before submitting your resume so you understand how your information is processed and retained.

Warranties and liability

Except as stated in these terms, and to the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, lost earnings or lost data, and our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or RM 100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory rights as a consumer where you live (for example under the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999, EU or UK consumer law, or US state law).

To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover our reasonable losses caused by material you submit unlawfully or by your deliberate breach of these terms.

Law and disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem informally within 30 days. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring proceedings in your local courts. To the extent the law allows, claims must be brought individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated or representative action.

General

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may transfer these terms to a successor operating ResumeDrill, without reducing your rights. Failing to enforce a term is not a waiver.
